10:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M.  (last appt. for the day can be made at 6pm) After Hours Availability by Appointment. What this means, is that we can accommodate appointments after or before business hours, if you give us a call and make arrangements. Otherwise, we are closed outside of our regular business hours.
(*Note from the Owner - ) SKINsations Spa is a different concept spa. Meaning that it is petitely elegant, yet extremely intimate and while that affords the opportunity to provide one on one, slow paced customized services, it does not afford us the opportunity to always be available for walk-ins or taking all calls. If you get our answering service during business hours and have to leave a message, we will contact you as soon as possible. We do apologize for this inconvenience; however, to maintain the ambiance of ultimate serenity and customized care, we must operate in this fashion.
Payment Options: We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express GIFT CERTIFICATES: We have uniquely designed Gift Certificates that includes a wrapped customized card with fresh rose petals packaged, with a gift packet included, wrapped in tissue paper, ribbons and placed into a handle bag. You can request/purchase Gift Certificates on line or by giving us a call.  (Because the gift certificates require a little time to put together, we suggest that it may be best to call ahead.) DERMOLOGICA PRODUCTS FOR RETAIL: SKINsation Spa will gladly ship your products to you and charge it to your credit card.  You simply "click" on the "Contact Us" category at the bottom of the page or the menu buttons to bring up our computer generated client form. This form will allow you to order/purchase products on line. SCHEDULING POLICY: You may conveniently schedule appointments on line by going to our "Contact Us" category at the bottom of the page or the menu buttons to bring up our computer generated client form, which will allow you to make Appointments, order Dermologica products and gift certificates or simply to add any comments you may have. It is not suggested that you use our on-line Appointment request for same day appointments or cancellations. For any type of an appointment that requires more than an hour or includes more than one person, will require a credit card number in order to reserve your space and time. For any appointment, we require the same 24 hour cancellation notification as described in our spa cancellation policy.  For large spa parties or groups over 3, we require a 1/3 deposit, in advance of the scheduled appointments. At the time of final payment, the deposit is deducted from total amount owing and party will be liable for the remaining balance only. We require a 72 hour cancellation notification to be given on large spa parties and groups of 2 or more people. We're flexible, especially with our packages, if there is something you had in mind; but don't see it on our menu, consult with us and we will work with you to help design a customized selection of treatments or a package that appeals to you. Cause we want YOU to be happy! Our main goal at SKINsations is Relaxation and in making your visit with us, an enjoyable experience. CANCELLATION POLICY: Because we especially reserved time and accommodations for you, we ask that you kindly give us a 24 hour advance notification for any rescheduling or cancellation of appointments. This way, we are able to schedule another client, and in turn, maintain the fair prices and uncompromising quality of our services. As is customary, failure to provide notice within the specified time will result in a billing of 50% of scheduled services.  Same day cancellations, (including emergency situations, unless verified) will be billed 100% of scheduled services. No exceptions.  Larger parties of 2 or more people require a 72 hour notice.  SPECIAL SERVICES: Ask us about our portable on site/in home services. We provide skincare and massage treatments in the privacy of your home, office or business, as an additional service. Ask about our pricing. Thinking of having a "Spa Party"? We can provide an assortment of mini-treatments for special events, at your home or at your party. (Graduation Party, Slumber Party, Ladies Weekend Spa Party and others.) Actually, we can do it at your place or ours. We can put together an agenda to accommodate a group where they'd essentially be renting the spa out for a day........we're that private of a setup, that we can do that. Just give us a call and tell us what you're planning and we'll tell you if we can help!
